UVM creates physical and social spaces and develops strategies and formats for their enabling and preservation. UVM works on collaborative and site-specific urban and spatial development processes – for the many by the many.
Depending on the project, UVM cooperates with experts from politics and administration, science, neighborhoods, social and community work, architecture and the construction industry. We are involved in a variety of non-profit networks, including the Hallo: Verein zur Förderung raumöffnender Kultur e.V. in Hamburg.
UVM realizes spatial analyses and studies, in-depth participation processes, spatial interventions and exhibition concepts, advises on organizational development processes as well as ownership and operating models and much more
UVM carefully curates spaces and situations. These can be social interactions, exhibition contributions or events such as symposia and workshops. We start from the root of the word: Curating in the sense of taking care.
