The upcoming special exhibition at MARKK, which will explore various aspects of food – from cultural implications, ecological components, distribution and infrastructures of food to historical connections between eating cultures and products – opens in 2025. The exhibition concept envisages that exhibits from the MARKK collection will be brought into dialogue with new objects and stories from groups and individuals.

In the course of the commission, UVM supported the curatorial team of MARKK in finding further participants and their stories who want to enter into a dialogue with the collection in the exhibition space and prepared this exchange communicatively. In a workshop, interested parties with a wide range of expertise in the relevant topic area met with the curatorial team and exchanged possible exhibits and stories. UVM prepared and moderated this workshop and followed up on it for the further work process.
